Cook Islands Rarotonga International Airport Information

The main international airport in the Cook Island is located on the island of Rarotonga just outside the Avarua, the main town in the country. The airport is quite small but has everything that you need upon arrival or departure. Along with the ticket desks there is a small shop and a place to buy souvenirs. The airport is a short distance from all the accommodation on the island of rarotonga. Since the island is quite small ( you can drive around it in about 40 minutes ) you can be laying on the beach at your accommodation within minutes of arriving at the international airport.
